Who is “Wild Horses Lives Matter”

Wild Horses Lives Matter is a (501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our boardmembers responcibilities and dedication are:

• Strong recurring focus on Nevada~ also focuses on all wild horse HMA’s and HA’s.

• Wild horse advocates and public educators.

• Frequent observer of BLM wild horse Roundups and management activities.

• Conducts oversight and investigative work involving wild horse policy, facilities, contracts, and government records.

• Public education and advocacy regarding wild horses and burros.

• Producing articles, social media content, fundraising campaigns, newsletters, petitions, public comments, and outreach materials.

• Monitoring BLM policy, appropriations, roundups, facilities, and management actions.

• Filing and tracking FOIA requests. We currently have several FOIAs out to the BLM. Currently focused on BLM Wild Horses and Burros endig up in the slaughter pipeline

• Researching grazing permits, allotments, facility populations, contracts, transfers, and government records.
